In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Smile & Holiday Dental Clinic would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on: your explicit consent, legal provisions, performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights.

Your personal data may be shared with relevant ministries, partner hospitals and laboratories, accommodation/transfer service providers, legal advisors, and competent authorities when legally required.

Health data is retained for a minimum of 20 years as required by regulations. Other personal data is stored for as long as the processing purposes require and is then deleted or anonymized.

Our clinic implements the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion/destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object to any adverse result arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
9. How to Submit a Request
You can submit your requests regarding your rights via email at info@smileandholiday.com or by written application to our clinic address. Your requests will be processed within 30 days at the latest, generally free of charge.
