Manufacturer Warranties

We work only with globally recognised brands: Straumann and Nobel Biocare implants and Ivoclar (E.max) ceramics. These manufacturers provide a lifetime guarantee on their implants; that protection passes directly to you and is documented in your warranty certificate.

What Our Clinic Warranty Covers

Our written clinic warranty covers:

• An implant failing to integrate with the bone (osseointegration failure)
• Material or manufacturing defects in crowns, bridges or veneers
• Breakage or loosening of a restoration under normal use
• Colour or fit issues arising from the treatment
• Any manufacturer component faults

Warranty Periods

Coverage by treatment type:

• Dental implants: 2-year clinic warranty (manufacturer lifetime guarantee on the implant fixture)
• Zirconia and E.max crowns: 2-year clinic warranty
• Porcelain and E.max veneers: 2-year clinic warranty
• All-on-4 and full-mouth restoration: 2-year clinic warranty

Keeping Your Warranty Valid

To keep your warranty valid:

• At least one annual check-up (online or in person)
• Following the recommended oral hygiene and care instructions
• Wearing the recommended night guard if you grind your teeth

If Something Goes Wrong

In the rare event of a complication, you are not left alone. Our conservative approach never sacrifices healthy teeth; if a problem arises we prioritise the covered revision and help you plan the travel. Unlike the 'Turkey teeth gone wrong' stories, patient safety and long-term follow-up are our standard, not a marketing line.

How to Claim

Your warranty certificate and treatment records are provided to you digitally. If you notice an issue, contact us on WhatsApp with a photo or short video; your coordinator responds within 24 hours and plans the next steps.
