6. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and within the legally mandated retention periods. Health data is stored for a minimum of 20 years in accordance with applicable regulations. Upon expiration of the retention period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

We implement all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. Protection is provided against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

Your requests will be processed free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
