Full mouth dental implants replace all your teeth on 4 or 6 implants per arch (or an implant overdenture), usually over two trips. In Turkey it costs a fraction of UK prices (UK full arch is often £10,000–£25,000). Get a personalised quote from a free remote assessment.
If you have lost most or all of your teeth, or you are struggling with loose, failing dentures, full mouth dental implants can give you a fixed, natural-looking set of teeth that feel like your own again. As an implantologist, one of the first questions I hear from patients travelling to us is simple: what does it actually cost? In this guide I will walk you through the full mouth dental implants cost honestly, explain your treatment options, and show you why so many patients from the UK, Ireland and Europe choose to have full-arch treatment in Turkey.
Full mouth dental implants restore an entire upper jaw, lower jaw, or both, using titanium implants placed into the jawbone. Rather than one implant per missing tooth, a full arch of teeth is supported on a small number of strategically positioned implants. The result is a fixed bridge or a secure implant-retained denture that does not slip, click or need removing at night.
This is very different from a single implant or a partial solution. Full mouth restoration is designed for people who are missing most of their teeth, and it rebuilds both function and facial support in a way that traditional dentures simply cannot.
You may be a candidate for full-arch treatment if you recognise yourself in any of the following:
Advanced tooth loss — you are missing most or all of your teeth in one or both jaws.
Failing dentures — your dentures are loose, painful, or affect your speech and eating.
Severe gum disease — remaining teeth are mobile or beyond saving and need extraction.
Worn or broken-down teeth — years of wear, decay or old dental work have left your bite unstable.
A thorough assessment including a CT scan tells us how much bone you have and whether any preparation, such as bone grafting, is needed before implants are placed. Not everyone needs grafting, but it is honest to say some patients do, and we will always tell you upfront.
There are three main routes to a full-arch restoration, and the right one depends on your bone, your bite and your budget.
All-on-4 — a fixed bridge supported by four implants per arch. Efficient, often avoids grafting, and ideal for many patients wanting fixed teeth.
All-on-6 — a fixed bridge on six implants per arch. The extra support can suit larger jaws, heavier bites, or cases where we want maximum long-term stability.
Implant-supported (overdenture) — a removable denture that clips firmly onto two to four implants. More affordable, still hugely stable, but you take it out to clean.
In short, all-on-4 vs all-on-6 is usually a decision about how much support your bone and bite need. Both give you fixed teeth; an overdenture is the budget-friendly, removable alternative. We will recommend the option that genuinely fits your case rather than the most expensive one.
Full mouth implant treatment is a planned journey, not a single appointment. Here is how it typically unfolds:
1. Consultation & CT scan — we assess your mouth, take a 3D scan, and plan implant positions digitally.
2. Extractions (if needed) — any remaining unsavable teeth are removed on the same day.
3. Implant placement — titanium implants are placed under local anaesthetic, with sedation available.
4. Immediate temporary teeth — in most cases a fixed temporary bridge is fitted so you never leave without teeth.
5. Healing (osseointegration) — over roughly three to six months the implants fuse with your bone.
6. Final bridge — on your second trip we fit your permanent, custom bridge.

“Teeth in a day” is a genuine part of modern full-arch treatment, but it helps to understand exactly what it means. On the day of surgery we place your implants and fit a fixed temporary bridge so you walk out with a full set of teeth. What it does not mean is that your final, permanent teeth are ready that same day.
The temporary bridge lets you smile, speak and eat soft foods while your implants heal underneath. Your definitive bridge — stronger and made from your final material choice — is fitted after osseointegration, usually on a second visit. It is a realistic, tested approach, and being honest about the two-stage timeline is important for your long-term result.
The implants themselves are medical-grade titanium, which integrates reliably with bone and has decades of clinical evidence behind it. Where you have a real choice is the bridge that sits on top:
Acrylic on titanium — a titanium framework with a high-quality acrylic finish. Lighter, kinder on the budget, and easily repaired.
Zirconia full-arch bridge — an extremely strong, stain-resistant ceramic bridge with the most natural, lifelike appearance and excellent longevity.
We use premium implant systems and digital planning throughout, and we back your treatment with written guarantees so you know exactly what you are getting.
Here is the honest picture on price. In the UK, a full arch of fixed implants often costs between £10,000 and £25,000 per arch, and a full-mouth (both jaws) case can climb well beyond that. In Turkey, comparable treatment is typically a fraction of that price, which is exactly why so many patients travel for it.
Your final cost depends on real clinical factors: how many implants you need, whether one or both arches are treated, your prosthesis material (acrylic vs zirconia), and whether any bone grafting is required. Because of this, I never quote a single flat figure — it would not be honest. Instead we give you a clear, itemised personalised quote after your assessment, with no hidden extras. We are transparent about pricing precisely because a full-arch decision deserves clarity.
Most full-mouth implant cases are completed over two trips. On your first visit — usually around five to seven days — we carry out any extractions, place the implants, and fit your fixed temporary teeth. You then return home to heal.
After roughly three to six months of osseointegration, you come back for a shorter second trip to fit your permanent bridge. Some cases with excellent bone can be streamlined, but two well-spaced trips give the most predictable, lasting result — and we plan the timing around your life, not the other way round.
Recovery after implant surgery is usually more comfortable than patients expect. Mild swelling and bruising for a few days is normal, managed easily with simple pain relief. Most people feel back to themselves within a week and stay on softer foods while the implants integrate.
Long-term, your implants are looked after much like natural teeth: good brushing, cleaning between and under the bridge, and regular check-ups. Cared for well, full-arch implants can last many years — often decades — and we give you clear aftercare guidance plus ongoing support once you are home.
Fethiye is a relaxed coastal town on Turkey's south-west coast, and it is a genuinely comfortable place to recover during a longer full-mouth treatment. Because full-arch cases involve multi-day stays, we make the trip as easy and cost-free as possible.
Every patient receives a free Dalaman airport transfer on arrival and departure, plus free central-Fethiye apartment accommodation for the duration of your stay. For a full-mouth case that spans several days, that is a real, meaningful saving — you rest in comfort close to the clinic instead of paying for a hotel while you heal.
If you are missing most or all of your teeth, or your dentures are letting you down, there is a very good chance full mouth dental implants can transform how you eat, speak and smile. The only way to know for certain is a proper assessment of your bone, gums and bite.
Start with a free remote consultation: share your photos and any scans, and I will personally review your case and outline your realistic options and costs. There is no pressure and no obligation — just clear, expert advice so you can decide with confidence.
