Clear aligners are custom-made, transparent orthodontic trays that move your teeth into a straighter position gradually and almost invisibly. Instead of fixed metal brackets and wires, you wear a series of thin, removable trays — each shaped slightly differently from the last. Every tray applies gentle, controlled pressure that nudges specific teeth a fraction of a millimetre, and over the full series your smile is reshaped step by step. Because they are clear and removable, most people around you will not even notice you are wearing them.

Clear Aligners versus Traditional Braces

Both straighten teeth, but the experience is very different. Aligners are:

The Treatment Process, Step by Step

1. Digital scan and 3D plan

We take a digital scan of your teeth and plan the movements on screen. You can usually see a preview of the expected result before you commit.

2. Your custom aligners are made

A full series of aligners is produced to your plan. Small tooth-coloured attachments may be bonded to a few teeth to help the aligners grip and move them precisely.

3. Wearing the aligners

You wear each aligner about 20-22 hours a day, removing them only to eat and clean your teeth, and move to the next tray roughly every one to two weeks. Consistent wear is the single most important factor in staying on schedule.

4. Refinement and retainers

At the end, minor refinement aligners may fine-tune the result. To keep your new smile, you then wear a retainer — usually at night.

Remote Monitoring for International Patients

You do not need to stay in Turkey for the whole treatment. How Long Does It Take?

Most cases take between 6 and 18 months, depending on how much movement is needed. Simple gap closures can finish faster, while more involved cases take longer. After active treatment, a retainer maintains the result long-term.
