All-on-4 Dental Implants Cost in the UK (2026): Per Arch, Both Arches and Turkey Compared
All-on-4 typically costs £10,000 to 20,000 per arch privately in the UK and is not funded by the NHS. At our clinic it is from 3,500 EUR per arch, up to about 6,000 EUR with premium implants and zirconia, and from 7,000 EUR for both arches. A fair quote lists the CBCT scan, extractions, implant brand, temporary and final bridge, bridge material and sedation. Treatment takes two trips 3 to 6 months apart; with flights and hotels included, one arch typically costs £7,400 to 9,550 less than in the UK and both arches £16,150 to 20,500 less.
All-on-4 dental implants typically cost £10,000 to 20,000 per arch privately in the UK in 2026, or £20,000 to 36,000 for both arches, and the NHS does not normally fund them. At our clinic in Fethiye All-on-4 costs from 3,500 EUR per arch (about £3,050), up to around 6,000 EUR depending on implant brand and bridge material, and from 7,000 EUR for both arches. The headline number is only half the story: two quotes for "All-on-4" can describe very different treatments. This guide explains what a UK quote should include, how acrylic and zirconia bridges change the price, what All-on-6 adds, what the teeth cost to maintain over ten years, and how the numbers work out for one arch and both arches once two trips to Turkey are included.
What an All-on-4 quote should include, line by line
All-on-4 means four implants per arch, the back two tilted, carrying a full fixed bridge of usually 10 to 12 teeth. The treatment has several stages, and clinics bundle them differently. Before comparing two prices, check that both cover the same items:
3D CBCT scan and digital planning. Essential to measure bone height and the position of the sinus and nerve. Some UK clinics include it, others charge it separately, often £150 to 350.
Extractions of any remaining teeth, usually done in the same session as the implants. Ask whether they are priced per tooth.
The four implants and multi-unit abutments. The quote should name the implant brand. Premium systems cost more, here and at home.
Bone grafting or sinus lift if needed. Tilted implants often avoid it, but not always; a good quote states whether it is expected after the scan. Our All-on-4 treatment guide explains when grafting is still required.
The temporary fixed bridge fitted within days of surgery. This is the "teeth in a day" part and should never be an optional extra.
The final bridge, made after 3 to 6 months of healing, and its material: acrylic teeth on a titanium frame, or zirconia. This is the single largest cause of price differences between quotes.
Sedation. Local anaesthesia is standard; oral or IV sedation is often priced separately. Our guide to anaesthesia and sedation describes the options.
Follow-up visits during healing, bite adjustments, and a night guard if you grind.
A low "from" price that leaves out the final bridge or the scan is not cheaper; it is incomplete. Ask every clinic, including ours, for an itemised written plan. Ours lists each of these lines, the implant brand and the bridge material before you book.

London and specialist-led practices sit at the top of these ranges; some quote above £20,000 per arch for zirconia. Both arches together usually cost slightly less than two single arches because the scan, planning and sedation are shared. At our clinic both arches start from 7,000 EUR, and a broader full mouth restoration runs from 5,000 to 15,000 EUR depending on implant count and bridge material.
Acrylic or zirconia: what the final bridge material does to the price
An acrylic bridge has acrylic teeth and pink gum on a milled titanium frame. It is lighter, kinder to the opposing jaw and easy to repair chairside, but the teeth wear, stain and typically need replacing or refurbishing after 5 to 10 years. A zirconia bridge is milled from one block, resists staining and chipping and typically lasts 10 to 15 years or longer, but costs more and is harder to repair if it does break. In the UK the difference is typically £3,000 to 6,000 per arch. We recommend zirconia for most patients with a natural opposing dentition and for grinders who will wear a night guard; acrylic can be the sensible choice when budget is tight or the opposing jaw is also restored.
All-on-4 or All-on-6: when the extra implants are worth paying for
Six implants spread the chewing load more widely and leave a margin if one implant ever fails. They suit the upper jaw, where bone is softer, and patients with good bone volume along the whole arch. Four implants are enough for most lower jaws and for patients whose bone at the back is thin, where tilted implants avoid grafting. The choice is clinical, made from your CBCT scan, not a sales upgrade. Our All-on-4 vs All-on-6 comparison sets out the criteria.
NHS, finance and insurance in the UK
NHS. Implants are not available on the NHS for missing teeth in routine cases. The NHS option for a toothless jaw is a full acrylic denture as a Band 3 course. If a denture is what you want, our dentures vs snap-on vs All-on-4 guide compares the three routes.
Finance. Most UK implant clinics offer finance, often interest-free over 12 months and with interest beyond that. Spread over five years at a typical rate, finance can add several thousand pounds to a £15,000 arch. Finance changes when you pay, not how much.
Dental plans and insurance. UK dental plans and cash plans usually cap benefits at a few hundred pounds a year and often exclude implants entirely. Read the policy before counting on it. Irish readers can claim Med 2 tax relief at 20% on non-routine treatment such as implant bridgework, including treatment abroad.
What All-on-4 costs to maintain over 10 years
Item
How often
Typical UK cost over 10 years
Hygiene visit with implant check
Twice a year
£1,200 to 2,400 (20 visits at £60 to 120)
Bridge unscrewed, cleaned and screws checked
Every 1 to 2 years, as advised
£750 to 1,500
Night guard
Once, replaced if worn
£200 to 400
New acrylic teeth or new acrylic bridge
Usually once in 10 years for acrylic
£2,000 to 5,000 per arch; rarely needed with zirconia in this period
Over a decade, an acrylic arch typically costs £4,000 to 9,000 to look after, a zirconia arch £2,000 to 4,000. That is why the cheaper bridge is not always cheaper. Wherever you are treated, these visits happen at a dentist near you; we send the details of the implant system so any dentist can work on it.
All-on-4 in Turkey: worked examples with two trips
All-on-4 always takes two trips. On the first, of 6 to 8 days, the CBCT scan is confirmed, any remaining teeth are removed, the implants are placed and a fixed temporary bridge is fitted the same week. You go home with teeth. After 3 to 6 months of healing, the second trip of 7 to 10 days is for the final bridge: digital scan, try-in, fitting and bite adjustment. Our guide to trips and timelines explains what happens in between, and whether the temporary bridge can go in on the day of surgery is covered in the same-day implants guide.
The figures below use a typical UK private price of £14,000 per arch, our price at both ends of the range (3,500 EUR, about £3,050; and 6,000 EUR, about £5,200 per arch), and £1,400 for two return flights to Dalaman plus 15 hotel nights. Your own numbers will differ; the pattern will not.

Both arches are usually done on the same two trips, so travel costs barely change. Even after flights and hotels the gap is large, which is why All-on-4 is one of the treatments where travelling makes the most financial sense. Add a budget for the maintenance visits above, which apply wherever the bridge was made.
When it is not worth travelling
You cannot make two trips several months apart. The final bridge cannot be made on the first visit.
Several of your teeth are savable. Removing healthy teeth to fit All-on-4 is not a saving. Crowns, a bridge or a few single implants may be the better plan.
Uncontrolled diabetes, recent radiotherapy to the jaw, or heavy smoking. Healing around implants is impaired. Heavy smoking also limits our implant guarantee, and we tell you this before you book.
A snap-on denture would meet your needs. For a loose lower denture, two implants often solve the problem for a fraction of the price.
You will not keep up the hygiene visits. Peri-implantitis around an unmaintained bridge is the main long-term risk, at home or abroad.
Guarantee and how it works with us in Fethiye
Our written guarantee covers the implants for life: if an implant fails to integrate or is lost, we replace it at no charge. Zirconia bridges carry a 3-year guarantee against fracture and material defects; for other bridge materials the term is stated in your treatment plan. It does not cover trauma, grinding without the recommended night guard, neglected hygiene or flight costs. Full terms are in our guarantee guide.
Send a panoramic X-ray or a CBCT scan, or clear photographs if you have neither, through the consultation form. Dr. Mustafa Besli, who has practised implantology and aesthetic dentistry for over 15 years, reviews them, and you receive a free written treatment plan with the implant brand, bridge material and price per arch before you book anything. Flights from Stansted, Manchester, Dublin and other airports land at Dalaman, about 45 to 60 minutes from the clinic. Airport transfers are included, hotel arrangements are made on request, and the guarantee document is issued in English.
